Fitness

Fitness classes are held at 8:45 AM Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Congregational Church on the corner of North Eagleville Road and Rte. 195.  If classes are unable to meet in person, Cathy will lead classes on ZOOM.  The objectives of the group are to provide conditioning exercises to improve muscle tone and flexibility and aerobic activities to improve the efficiency of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Modifications are made for those who want more or less strenuous exercises.  There is a donation for use of the room each semester.
