Fitness: Classes meet at 8:45 AM Monday, Wednesday and Friday starting Monday, September 10 at the Congregational Church on the corner of North Eagleville Road and Rte. 195. The objectives of the group are to provide conditioning exercises to improve muscle tone and flexibility and aerobic activities to improve the efficiency of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Modifications are made for those who want more or less strenuous exercises. There is a donation for use of the room each semester. It’s fun and new members are welcome!
