Walking for Exercise: Walking outdoors promotes fitness. Join our congenial group as we explore rail to trail paths, woodland hikes and neighborhood walks. We meet weekly on Thursday afternoons at 1 PM from September until mid-June and informally during the summer. Our members take turns leading walks. Our first walk is on Thursday, September 13th.
